I’m Marissa & I’m ridiculous. I love my family, friends, getting picked up when people hug me, diet coke, & dead people. I’m going to college for my A.S. in Funeral Service Education with a license in embalming. I hate liars, breaking my nails, sunburns, & enemies. I’m working on more love, less hate. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment & making the best of it without knowing what's going to happen next. No regrets from here on out.
"I can't say that I've been in your place. But, I can say is; I firmly believe there's more to life than just love. I used to base my life on love. And every time I did, I was heart broken and failed. I stopped doing that, and focused on other things that mattered more like just breathing. Why grieve over something that we never had control of? Why spend a second being lonely when you can spend hours being happy. I rather spend my life enjoying what I simply have more over what I don't. Because you never know, life can end in a split of a second. You can be here today, and then be gone tomorrow. I rather walk down the side of the mountain and tred my own trail other than driving down the road that's already been paved. But you and I are different, with that being granted. Everyone's different. All I'm simply saying is sometimes there's just more to life than the every day things people necessitate over. There's beauty and elegance everywhere. It isn't just in love."
